The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.

Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final product
It is mainly composed of a cutter and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is generally a hydraulic cylinder, and the cutter can move up and down quickly and accurately under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder. After the color steel glazed tile is formed to the set length, the cutter device will start to cut the color steel tile from the continuous plate to obtain the finished glazed tile of the required length.
